2014年诺贝尔奖生理学或医学奖得主为英国科学家约翰-欧基夫（John O'Keefe，1939—）、挪威夫妇梅—布莱特（May-Britt Moser，1963—）和爱德华—莫索尔（Edvard
I. Moser，1962—），以表彰他们发现了大脑中负责定位系统的细胞。
